The pick-up arrangement from the bus stop was great, especially since we arrived late. The hotel even provided a complimentary mini cake for us to eat when the restaurant was closed. Everywhere was clean without any dust. The private rooms for meals were impressive, with fresh and tasty ingredients. The bar area was inviting and cosy. The modern design of the shower room and onsen bath was a pleasant surprise. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

Located in a remote area near Niseko ski slopes, this hotel offers a peaceful retreat and a stunning view from the room. There are no stores or restaurants nearby, but the hotel amenities include a private onsen and relaxing public areas such as a cozy hearth. The spacious rooms offer comfortable beds, enough space for hanging clothes and a modern shower room leading out to a balcony.
Some aspects of the service can be strict, especially for non-Japanese speaking customers, and there might be extra charges for small delays in check-outs.

We had a lovely romantic escape and the hotel offered us a traditional experience we won't forget. the staff was friendly and hospitable, and the food was really great. We enjoyed the massage chair in our clean and cozy room which was a nice surprise. the outdoor public onsen was also a great experience as we relaxed in the hot pool.
There were no international or English TV shows available on the TVs in the room. All the channels were set up in Japanese.

The food was delicious and we appreciated the variety of dishes offered. The hot springs were also nice and luxurious, with comfortable amenities like robes and slippers. The hotel location was also great, with easy access to nearby ski slopes and restaurants.
We noticed stains on the bedding and carpets, and there was a musty odor throughout the hotel. the staff were not very attentive or friendly, and we felt like we were inconveniencing them when we asked for recommendations or assistance.
